Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law for purposes such as: (i) Carrying out our Company's operational activities, business relations, and human resources processes, (ii) Meeting the requests of relevant persons, (iii) Properly presenting our products and services and continuing marketing and technical processes, (iv) Carrying out our work to ensure the commercial security of our Company, (v) Taking visual records via security cameras to ensure the general and commercial security of our businesses, and (vi) Fulfilling legal obligations. The data is securely stored in physical or electronic environments for a period appropriate to the processing purpose, and is disposed of in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the legislation after the determined retention periods end.
In addition, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions and organizations, companies from which support services are received for carrying out our activities, and other third parties domestically or abroad, for the purposes listed above and due to our various legal obligations.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected for the purposes stated above, primarily for carrying out our Company's operational and business activities, through channels such as the person themselves, e-mail, career sites, telephone, our Company's website, and other channels. Within this framework, your personal data will be processed in compliance with the principles stipulated in the Law and by obtaining explicit consent as regulated in Articles 5/1 and 6/2 of the Law, or without obtaining explicit consent if the other processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law exist.

Data Transfer Abroad
Without obtaining your explicit consent, data may be transferred to legal or natural persons residing in foreign countries for which the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") has decided that sufficient protection exists, or to persons residing in countries for which no such Board Decision exists, provided that there are undertakings mutually signed by the legal or natural persons that will be party to the data transfer and approved by the Board.
